Heathercliffe is a long established residential care home. The current owners have over 25 years management experience within the care industry, and the current registered manager has been running Heathercliffe since January 2000.

Heathercliffe is a family run business, we think we make a good team!
We have a continuous ongoing programme of updating and maintenance. Careful consideration is given to retaining the original features and the creation of a pleasant and welcoming environment.

We are passionate when providing and delivering care to our residents, most of which have a diagnosis of dementia. We communicate well, we provide a collaborative approach to care and continually review our practices and service to ensure we remain current, compliant and we strive to provide an inclusive environment that promotes autonomy and independence to all our service users.

Whilst we are a small independent service this does not inhibit our attention to detail, our ethos or our working policies.
