On entering Heathercliffe you will be met with a warm welcome.

There is a comfortable Residents Lounge for television and other entertainment, or if preferred, a quiet room for just reading or chatting. We have a lovely conservatory area overlooking the garden. For tranquil relaxation there is an attractive pavilion in our secluded garden.

Accommodation is provided in en-suite rooms, mainly single, although there is one double room, if available, as required. The rooms are tastefully furnished with pretty wallpaper for a homely feel and have television and telephone points ready for connection.

We apply the principles of family life. This is not somewhere where you will be forgotten or neglected. We believe that a caring, comfortable and homely atmosphere improves people’s health and therefore we place a high value on delivering all our professional services with a supportive, caring approach.

We welcome family and friends at any time. Although, due to the high dependency of some of our service users, we would prefer that mealtimes and late evening are avoided.

The home offers a choice of lively interaction or peace and quiet according to each resident’s needs. It is a place for living and achieving personal goals despite the limitations of physical disabilities.
