Particular emphasis is placed on safety and security in order to provide the highest level of protection for residents. Heathercliffe has fully compliant fire and nurse call alarm systems installed.
Also, firm emphasis is placed on staff training and development to ensure standards are not only met to satisfy the internal requirements of the Home, but also by external inspection to meet the ever increasing demands placed on the care industry. From the initial selection of new staff, each member is actively encouraged to develop their own particular skills and abilities within a professional team environment.
Fees depend on the level of care required and accommodation provided. Our Manager, Sarah Turner, would be very happy to discuss this with you at your visit.
